Dance

Our dance program is a partnership with Total Dancical Productions. Dance classes are located at the Adamsville Recreational Center, 3201 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Atlanta, Ga. 30311. Classes consist of modern, modern jazz, jazz and beginning ballet.


Visual Art

Our art program is in association with Art On 5 art gallery located at 2001 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive Ste 530, Atlanta, Ga. 30310. Classes are held every Saturday, 10am —-1pm. Participants spend one-on-one time with renowned artist Andre Thompson and guest artists.


Vocal Music

The vocal music program is designed to peak the interest of students with raw talent and students with a desire to learn to sing. It is an intense workshop for students ages 11 - 18. The program offers training that is intended to show measurable improvement in the student's understanding of music. This program develops leadership, confidence and individual singing ability while teaching fundamental music theory and vocal technique. The participant of this program will be introduced to the technical aspects of singing in an enjoyable environment. Through the instructors experience participants will gain knowledge that can be use in singing as well as their world at large.

Drama

The drama program concentrates on students learning to focus and develop self-discipline through the context of theatre. These workshops are designed to allow students 11 - 18 to tap into hidden talents to release a more confident person. The drama curriculum provides students with a firm foundation to either continue studying or pursue a career after high school graduation.

Students are challenged to use their imagination, creative and analytical thinking skills to do improvisation, create situations, develop characterization, utilize stage areas and props and theatre games. Students are challenged to work together to create scenes as well as participate in exercises that push them beyond their limitations.

Developing skills such as thinking on your feet, focus, correct vocal production and articulation as well as teamwork gives them tools that can be used in their daily lives.

Mr. Minds

Mister minds enterprise program is building a network of brilliant minds. Mister minds enterprise caters specifically to young males ages 13-19 who live in low income communities, while also encouraging other young males to apply. Youth will learn world business skills, teambuilding, financial and money management, verbal communication skills and business etiquette. As the organization prepares the young men to become entrepreneurs, the organization will also prepare them for traditional career opportunities in other areas. When the participants go through the process they actually become superior candidates for employment.

The organization will provide opportunities for young men to learn how to develop there idea, and turn those ideas into business plans, to become a successful business venture. Our focus is to empower youth through the use of an entrepreneurial curriculum that will create pride, self esteem, a sense of achievement and leadership.

Mister minds enterprise is designed to prepare our young man for economic success by teaching them the basic business fundamental of starting a free world enterprise, and how free you can be.

Ms. Minds

Ms. Minds Enterprise is a female teen group with an age range of 9-19. Experience professionals provide life skills which will focus on the mind, body and the spirit for the sole purpose of enabling our teens to contribute positively to society. There are leadership principles developed through various activities and workshops such as: personal development, self empowerment, financial literacy, workplace readiness and entrepreneurship. We will offer our teens one-on-one mentoring, conferences, coaching, motivational speakers and apprenticeships.

Fashion Design

Crossroads Fashion Design program prepares students for post-secondary options in the fields of design, apparel, textiles and construction. The curriculum stimulates creative expression in all aspects of fashion design, including fashion sketching, creative design, computer applications, draping and pattern drafting. Students will understand the importance of communication and critical reasoning and the affect they have on this diversified and global industry. The program is structured to challenge and inspire students by incorporating artistic, technical, and theoretical elements into a realistic approach to the fashion design industry.
